First up is an interesting track entitled Melody Burst from Putero. Coming From Denmark he uses an interesting mix of styles in this track – Glitch, Broken, Electronica with a bit of Progressive elements thrown in there for good measure.

Next up is another remix of an Imogen Heap track. The Imogen remixes just keep coming but that’s because her tunes are just so remixable. This is a remix of the track ‘Let Go’ taken from the album Let Go which was launched back in Frou Frou days, the Heap and Sigsworth duo.

The release of the fourth Fast & the Furious film is only weeks away. Responsible for the music is Brian Tyler who was also responsible for the score of Tokyo drift. FAF4 will be released by Varese Sarabande on the 28th of April.  I got a listen to it and I think its hot if you ignore the Soulja track.  Put it on your shopping list. Not much cinematic stuff but Breaks? YES.

One of my favourite soundtracks from last year

[[Vantage Point]] was composed by Atli Örvarsson, an Icelandic film score composer and a member of Hans Zimmer’s production company Remote Control Productions.

My recommended tracks are ‘President and Decoy’ and ‘Motorcade’ but i’d probably download the whole thing because there’s lots of interesting parts in it that once placed into DJ software you can do anything with.

Verdict: Lots of nice elements throughout with cinematic textures and interesting design.
