Little bit disappointing from Tyler Bates, great score but not the usual

content in the way of Electronic Soundtracks Cinematic Breaks,  but I guess that’s what you expect from a comic book adaptation score, right?.

Tracks that are good to go in a DJ set are:

Track5. We’ll Live Longer – Cinematic nicey-ness
Track 7. Only Two Names Remain (Album Version) – Nice electric elements, upbeat.
Track8. The American Dream (Album Version) – Soundscaping with some nice cinematic strings
Track16. I’ll Tell You About Rorschach (Album Version) – Nice little Soundbed – Pretty tense
Track 19. All That Is Good (Album Version) – Electronica Strings

DAFT PUNK to Score Tron 2 Film

MUSIC NEWS – Recent movie biz reports are that Daft Punk will signed to compose the soundtrack to the anticipated sci-fi sequel Tron 2 (Disney) The Dance duo (Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter) haven’t released a studio album since their 2005 Human After All and their new work for the film won’t be due out until the film’s 2011 release !

I checked out iambic today and loved it.

‘One year after his very well acclaimed debut “Under These Stars, We’ll Sleep Again” Guy Andrews aka “iambic²” is back with his new full length release “As The Snow Fell” – a calmed down collage of rather cold ambient pieces on the one hand and warm songwriter refinement on the other.

Ableton Announced the next round of Live beta testers, there’s only a few slots available and the round closes on March 10Th. So you need to get over there ASAP to download your copy. I got my copy today and haven’t left the house since.
